Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and maintain software quality processes aligned with ISO standards.
- Ensure software development activities comply with ISO software quality standards and best practices.
- Perform system analysis and risk assessments and develop test strategies by reviewing product designs and technical specifications.
- Create and maintain quality plans, procedures, guidelines, and other process documentation.
- Train and mentor software development teams on ISO standards and quality processes.
- Conduct audits and reviews to assess adherence and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, project managers, and international R&D teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement of software quality and process efficiency.
Requirements
- Extensive software engineering experience focused on quality assurance and process improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100D and their application to software development.
- Proficiency in C#, C++, or Python.
- Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Proven experience defining and implementing software quality processes.
- Experience in the Test and Measurement market or related industries is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead software engineering role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
