Responsibilities
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate ideas into AI and data science solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model development, validation, and performance assessment on structured and unstructured data.
- Design and develop agentic AI applications using large language models, RAG, tool calling, and multi-agent workflows.
- Build data pipelines and integrate AI/ML solutions with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Contribute reusable AI assets, best practices, and technical standards while staying current with ML, AI, generative AI, and agentic AI advances.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Previous experience in bioprocessing or life sciences is preferred.
- Experience with AWS or Azure AI/ML services, MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, model deployment, and monitoring is preferred.
