Base Salary
$99k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Present, demonstrate, and support the selling of Esri software and solutions as part of an account team.
- Lead technical meetings with enterprise decision makers that support revenue generation.
- Advise customers on complex business challenges and align Esri technology with their business needs.
- Serve as a technical Esri technology leader and AEC subject matter expert.
- Craft and propose GIS solutions, strategies, configuration guidance, and best practices.
- Understand customer business structures, workflows, third-party systems, and integration points.
- Troubleshoot client issues involving Esri application deployment and system architecture.
- Coach new team members on best practices.
- Design and deliver presentations for technical and non-technical audiences, conferences, and executive engagements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Esri technology, including map creation, spatial analysis, and web application configuration.
- At least 3 years of experience in AEC, environmental consulting, or related industries.
- Broad ArcGIS knowledge from an IT context, including hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Experience in technical consulting, conceptual solution design, and troubleshooting Esri application deployment and system architecture.
- Understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Experience with geodatabases, DBMS technology, and integrating software with data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud environments.
- Programming and scripting experience with Python and JavaScript.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include real-time information stream integration, mobile and IoT digitalization strategies, advanced analytics, data science, AI/ML, imagery, Autodesk software, 3D geospatial problems, and AEC and commercial business strategy.
