Responsibilities
- Define and govern the enterprise architecture for Novo Nordisk’s Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
- Serve as the primary technical authority for Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Design data flows between AEP and AEM and integrations with downstream activation channels.
- Govern Real-Time CDP configuration, unified customer profiles, identity stitching, and AI/ML-driven personalization frameworks.
- Advise business leaders and stakeholders on sustainable solutions aligned with business strategies.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and lead development and implementation of processes and programs.
- Manage technology vendors and assess the maturity of their products and services.
- Apply risk management practices to ensure recommended solutions are robust and sustainable.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal functions, external vendors, and agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; solid relevant experience may substitute when appropriate.
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare IT.
- At least 12 years of progressively responsible experience in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe’s integrated CX ecosystem, or related IT architecture areas.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Assets, Forms, and headless or hybrid delivery architectures.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and data ingestion and activation frameworks.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target for measurement, testing, and personalization.
- Experience assessing organizational readiness and leading end-to-end implementation of Adobe AI and generative AI capabilities.
- Strong business understanding, IT architecture skills, leadership capabilities, and experience evaluating and implementing new technologies.
- Ability to maintain stakeholder relationships, understand system architecture and application integration, lead projects, work independently, and contribute to solution development teams.

- Base compensation ranges from $120,300 to $222,600, with eligibility for company bonus, long-term incentive compensation, or company vehicles depending on position and company factors.
