Responsibilities

Design and continuously develop an Internal Developer Platform in a hybrid multi-cloud environment.
Create standardized Golden Paths and automated self-services for development teams.
Improve developer experience and reduce unnecessary technical complexity with development teams.
Integrate security, quality, and compliance requirements into platform services and CI/CD processes.
Design and optimize the software development lifecycle from commit through production deployment.
Establish FinOps practices and provide transparency into cloud resource usage and costs.

Several years of professional experience in Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, or Cloud Engineering.
Experience designing, building, or significantly evolving Internal Developer Platforms.
Strong practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud-native software development and preferably hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
Practical knowledge of Golden Paths, self-services, Infrastructure as Code, and developer experience concepts.
Strong conceptual and abstraction skills with a structured working approach.
Confident communication with development teams and technical stakeholders.
Business-fluent German at least C1 level and good English at least B2 level.
