Responsibilities
- Design technical backend solutions for in-field hardware devices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define the team's roadmap.
- Manage execution against the established roadmap.
- Encourage innovation and implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
- Navigate ambiguity in a fast-changing business environment.
Requirements
- BS, M.S., or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of industry experience.
- Experience leading complex distributed systems projects.
- Mentoring experience for other engineers.
- Extensive experience in a fast-paced, product-focused development environment.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling backend services.
