Responsibilities

  • Create integrations and AI tools for customer support.
  • Own the design and development of AI systems to resolve customer issues.
  • Develop monitoring systems and dashboards for AI performance.
  • Identify automation opportunities in support team processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full stack engineering experience with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Strong ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
  • Experience building tools and automation systems using AI.
  • Strong product and UX sense.
  • Excellent debugging skills and communication abilities.
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with customer support or building chatbots is a plus.
