Responsibilities
- Create integrations and AI tools for customer support.
- Own the design and development of AI systems to resolve customer issues.
- Develop monitoring systems and dashboards for AI performance.
- Identify automation opportunities in support team processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve issue resolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack engineering experience with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL.
- Strong ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Experience building tools and automation systems using AI.
- Strong product and UX sense.
- Excellent debugging skills and communication abilities.
- Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer support or building chatbots is a plus.
