Full Stack Engineer - Customer Experience
Eight SleepResponsibilities
- Create secure integrations, AI tools, and MCP servers for AI agents and customer support teams.
- Design and develop AI systems and tools that identify and resolve customer issues.
- Build monitoring systems and dashboards to measure AI performance and surface customer issue insights.
- Identify automation opportunities in support troubleshooting workflows.
- Collaborate with Software, Hardware, ML, and Operations teams to reduce root-cause and resolution times and prevent recurring issues.
Requirements
- At least five years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Proficiency with Python, TypeScript or JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience building tools, integrations, or automation systems that use AI, as well as using AI to build systems.
- Strong product and UX judgment, debugging ability, independent problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to use AI coding assistants such as Claude and Devin effectively.
- Experience with customer support, SRE, chatbots, or postmortems/COEs is a plus.
- Interest in health and fitness technology, customer-centered problem solving, side projects, and working in a fast-moving environment.
