Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain tools supporting voice and electronic trading execution workflows.
- Build dashboards and visualization tools to improve transparency and decision-making for trading activity.
- Deliver features collaboratively with rapid iteration and immediate feedback from business users.
- Own production systems and ensure their stability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Evolve the technology stack to meet changing execution and market requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer.
- Strong experience delivering and supporting production-quality applications in Python, C, C++, Java, or C#.
- Experience working in a front-office or execution-adjacent context.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Exposure to additional production programming languages.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
