Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Support software design, development, testing, maintenance, enhancement, optimization, integration, and troubleshooting across the end-to-end lifecycle.
- Analyze customer requirements with the Product Owner and assist in translating them into initial software designs.
- Develop and maintain software architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, designs, documentation, and test plans.
- Debug and resolve issues to improve software reliability and efficiency.
- Assist with establishing, monitoring, and improving software processes while collaborating with cross-functional engineering and program teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- At least 3 years of software development experience with languages such as TypeScript, C#, and/or C++.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance; U.S. citizenship is required for the clearance.
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes, Agile methodologies, unit testing, integration testing, and system-level validation.
- Familiarity with version control and configuration management tools such as Git or SVN.
- Ability to clearly document software designs, interface specifications, and test plans.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include a relevant Bachelor of Science degree with 2+ years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of directly related experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferred experience includes 4+ years of software development, RESTful interfaces, defense or aerospace software, OMS or open architecture systems, cybersecurity and secure coding, modular open-systems design, standardized interface integration, and software architecture principles.
