Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales activities by building or directing platform demonstrations.
- Own project scoping from discovery through sign-off, including stakeholder workshops, requirements documentation, process mapping, and risk identification.
- Design future-state operating models, workflows, data connections, integrations, specifications, and sprint plans.
- Lead requirements gathering and maintain User Stories and backlog documentation in JIRA.
- Direct model builders, monitor sprint progress, resolve technical blockers, and communicate delivery risks and issues.
- Engage with clients from discovery through deployment by presenting sprint reviews, progress updates, integration reports, and demonstrations.
- Prioritize and re-plan evolving client requirements with the Project Manager.
- Contribute to broader EPM platform knowledge, methodology development, knowledge management, and team development.
Requirements
- A university degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Anaplan Solution Architect Certified and/or Pigment Pro Certified credentials.
- Strong consulting experience or 2–4 years of managing Anaplan/Pigment platforms in internal Finance teams.
- Demonstrable experience gathering requirements, documenting solutions, and scoping complex programmes.
- Deep knowledge of Anaplan and/or Pigment, including advanced concepts, model design, and integration design patterns.
- Strong Excel modeling experience and familiarity with broader EPM and finance systems.
- Experience with process-mapping tools such as Visio or LucidChart and JIRA or equivalent project tooling.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, client relationship, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Financial modeling experience in Private Markets, Asset Management, or Insurance is preferred.
- Flexibility to work on client site in London and travel occasionally within EMEA.
