Responsibilities

Develop solution architecture for modern platforms, integration landscapes, and cloud or hybrid environments.
Drive technical choices and architectural decisions with business, development, operations, and security stakeholders.
Design sustainable, scalable, and maintainable solutions covering integration, automation, and platform technology.
Lead workshops, requirements discussions, and technical forums in complex customer environments.
Document target architecture, integration flows, dependencies, and technical decisions.
Contribute to modernization, migration, and major transformation initiatives.
Ensure solutions meet long-term requirements for security, operability, and adaptability.
Act as the technical bridge between strategy, architecture, development, operations, and delivery.

Substantial experience in solution architecture, technical architecture, or a senior technical role involving design responsibility, technical decisions, and an end-to-end perspective.
Experience working in complex IT or enterprise environments.
Strong technical foundation and ability to understand both technical details and broader business goals.
Experience driving solution work with customers and teams.
Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
Experience in several of the following areas: cloud and hybrid environments, modern platforms, integrations, APIs, system landscapes, infrastructure, platform technology, development-adjacent environments, IAM, networking, compliance, workshop facilitation, requirements dialogue, and stakeholder management.
Experience with Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, SAP, or other major business platforms is especially valuable.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, ITIL, ITSM, architecture frameworks, information security, governance, regulatory requirements, consulting, advisory work, or presales is beneficial.
Swedish citizenship may be required depending on the assignment, and the final candidate will undergo a background check.
