Responsibilities
- Develop solution architecture for modern platforms, integration landscapes, and cloud or hybrid environments.
- Drive technical choices and architectural decisions with business, development, operations, and security stakeholders.
- Design sustainable, scalable, and maintainable solutions covering integration, automation, and platform technology.
- Lead workshops, requirements discussions, and technical forums in complex customer environments.
- Document target architecture, integration flows, dependencies, and technical decisions.
- Contribute to modernization, migration, and major transformation initiatives.
- Ensure solutions meet long-term requirements for security, operability, and adaptability.
- Act as the technical bridge between strategy, architecture, development, operations, and delivery.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in solution architecture, technical architecture, or a senior technical role involving design responsibility, technical decisions, and an end-to-end perspective.
- Experience working in complex IT or enterprise environments.
- Strong technical foundation and ability to understand both technical details and broader business goals.
- Experience driving solution work with customers and teams.
- Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
- Experience in several of the following areas: cloud and hybrid environments, modern platforms, integrations, APIs, system landscapes, infrastructure, platform technology, development-adjacent environments, IAM, networking, compliance, workshop facilitation, requirements dialogue, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, SAP, or other major business platforms is especially valuable.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, ITIL, ITSM, architecture frameworks, information security, governance, regulatory requirements, consulting, advisory work, or presales is beneficial.
- Swedish citizenship may be required depending on the assignment, and the final candidate will undergo a background check.
