Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop software for automated aerospace test systems using LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, and Simulink.
- Integrate, troubleshoot, validate, and deploy test equipment for flight control actuation systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to solve technical challenges and improve test system performance.
- Support test equipment build and integration alongside technicians and assembly teams.
- Serve as a technical liaison between engineering and production to resolve implementation issues.
- Develop and execute formal verification tests, analyze results, and drive issue resolution.
- Support customer demonstrations, validation efforts, and test correlation activities.
- Create technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Manage software configuration and version control throughout development and deployment.
- Deliver customer-ready test systems meeting performance, quality, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Programming experience in one or more of LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, or Simulink.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts across engineering teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic engineering environment.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Preferred experience with automated test equipment, controls systems, data acquisition, or system integration.
- Preferred exposure to aerospace, defense, manufacturing, robotics, or industrial automation environments.
- Preferred experience supporting hardware and software integration efforts.
