Base Salary

$80k - $105k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop software for automated aerospace test systems using LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, and Simulink.
  • Integrate, troubleshoot, validate, and deploy test equipment for flight control actuation systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to solve technical challenges and improve test system performance.
  • Support test equipment build and integration alongside technicians and assembly teams.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between engineering and production to resolve implementation issues.
  • Develop and execute formal verification tests, analyze results, and drive issue resolution.
  • Support customer demonstrations, validation efforts, and test correlation activities.
  • Create technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Manage software configuration and version control throughout development and deployment.
  • Deliver customer-ready test systems meeting performance, quality, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Programming experience in one or more of LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, or Simulink.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts across engineering teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic engineering environment.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Preferred experience with automated test equipment, controls systems, data acquisition, or system integration.
  • Preferred exposure to aerospace, defense, manufacturing, robotics, or industrial automation environments.
  • Preferred experience supporting hardware and software integration efforts.
