Responsibilities
- Assist with managing and resolving incidents using established processes and tools.
- Follow best practices to improve system efficiency, stability, and availability.
- Apply knowledge of logging to monitor, alert, and identify root causes of issues.
- Use continuous delivery methods to support and deliver high-quality software.
- Learn and apply the latest technology insights to solve client problems.
Requirements
- Less than one year of professional experience in technology.
- Eager to learn new technical skills and concepts.
- Interest in troubleshooting and using logs for incident identification.
- Curiosity about monitoring, alerting, and observability.
- Basic understanding of coding and object-oriented concepts.
- Comfortable writing and understanding code in Kotlin/Java or similar languages.
- Exposure to frontend technology is a plus.
