Base Salary
$175k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
- Lead solution teams and ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Lead integration of the core product to develop solutions utilizing Platform.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions based on client requirements and best practices.
- Provide functional and technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Evaluate and improve solution processes and tools using technologies such as Agentic AI and Machine Learning.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, delivery partners, project teams, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in solution architecture and consulting or a related field.
- Expertise designing and implementing Blue Yonder microservice-based Warehouse Management solutions.
- Expertise designing and implementing at least one additional execution solution, such as Warehouse Labour Management, Transportation Management, Order Management, or Returns Management.
- Proven experience leading and managing solution projects.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for interacting with customers at all levels, including CIOs and senior supply chain leaders.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Strong technical skills in one or more areas such as cloud infrastructure, software development, data engineering, and data analytics.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with supply chain, logistics, retail, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
