Base Salary
$155k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, configuration, standardization, governance, reporting, and administration of Azure DevOps environments across multiple client engagements.
- Coordinate requirements, backlog prioritization, sprint planning input, user acceptance testing, and deployments with the Salesforce Development Team.
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered solutions, Claude AI projects, prompt workflows, automation pipelines, prototypes, and scalable operational processes.
- Coordinate client onboarding and implementation for Microsoft Fabric deployments, including environment configuration, reporting foundations, and data integration support.
- Provide technical architecture guidance, review Power BI data models, and assess dependencies across reporting and data pipeline solutions.
- Support the expansion of Managed Services processes into Salesforce and other enterprise platforms by defining workflows, coordinating deployments, and documenting implementations.
- Create technical documentation, platform standards, operational runbooks, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Provide technical leadership through the Tech Committee, evaluate emerging technologies, and mentor team members on platform engineering and automation practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, cloud operations, or a technical systems role, preferably in professional services, consulting, or managed services.
- Hands-on experience administering Azure DevOps, including pipeline configuration, work item management, governance, reporting, and multi-project administration.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce administration, platform capabilities, or development coordination, including enhancement requests and collaboration with development teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or related cloud data platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Databricks, including implementation or client onboarding.
- Experience designing or supporting AI and large language model solutions through prompt engineering, workflow automation, AI tool adoption, or integrations using Claude, OpenAI, or comparable platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts to business stakeholders, end users, and client teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across internal, cross-functional, and client-facing environments.
- Preferred experience in Managed Services, consulting, or client delivery organizations.
- Preferred Microsoft certifications in Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, or related technologies.
- Preferred familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, workflow automation, system integrators, or external development partners.
- Preferred experience with Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or other scripting languages for automation and platform development.
- Preferred experience evaluating, piloting, or implementing enterprise AI solutions and governance practices.
- Preferred exposure to Power BI architecture and administration, technical standards, governance committees, or mentoring less experienced technical team members.
