Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Flight Management software across the full stack.
  • Build web user interfaces with Angular or React, TypeScript or JavaScript, SPA patterns, component-based design, and monorepo structures.
  • Develop backend services in Java or C++ with attention to object-oriented design, concurrency, and performance.
  • Write unit, integration, and regression tests and automate regression testing with Python.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs, integrate services using JSON, and work with EDIFACT messaging.
  • Work with Oracle RDBMS, SQL, and PL/SQL in enterprise applications.
  • Prepare software component releases, fix regressions, and support production components through rotational support.
  • Collaborate with business and quality assurance analysts, participate in solution reviews, and evaluate alternative technologies for architectural review.
  • Apply AI-assisted tooling to improve productivity and developer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience developing enterprise-grade software.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with Angular or React, TypeScript or JavaScript, SPA architecture, monorepo tooling, and UI testing.
  • Object-oriented development experience in Java or C++, including concurrency and performance fundamentals.
  • Python experience for test automation, including unit and regression testing with PyTest.
  • Experience with Oracle RDBMS and solid SQL knowledge; PL/SQL is a plus.
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and working with EDIFACT messaging.
  • Knowledge of automated testing and secure, reliable coding practices for high-availability systems.
