Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, governance, and successful delivery of enterprise-wide SAP solutions.
- Define target-state business processes, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps with stakeholders and technology partners.
- Provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle and establish solution governance standards.
- Conduct architecture reviews, mitigate implementation risks, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices and Clean Core principles.
- Engage business stakeholders, executive leadership, project teams, and technical audiences.
- Support SAP transformation programs using Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition approaches.
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of SAP experience.
- Proven delivery of at least five end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including multiple SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, enterprise architecture, business process transformation, integration strategy, data migration, and solution governance.
- Mandatory strong Utilities industry experience across Meter-to-Cash, Asset Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Work Management, Customer Service, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Highly preferred experience with SAP IS-U and its integration with SAP S/4HANA.
- Expertise in SAP solution architecture, SAP Best Practices, Clean Core principles, SAP Activate, design authority, SAP functional areas, SAP integration, middleware architecture, master data management, analytics, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and consulting skills, including the ability to engage executive leadership.
