Responsibilities
- Ensure production systems remain available and operate according to defined Service Level Agreements.
- Drive incident and outage resolution with clear and timely communication.
- Facilitate efficient restoration of production services.
- Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures.
- Maintain data retention practices aligned with organizational standards.
- Analyze and resolve challenges related to observability, infrastructure, and system reliability.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SRE Observability.
- Intermediate proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
- At least 1 year of experience in relevant technologies or functions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
- Experience with production environment availability, monitoring, and stability.
- Knowledge of incident management and resolution.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise systems monitoring, infrastructure design, system performance analysis, cloud service management, and incident management processes.
