Base Salary
$155k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement container orchestration, service mesh, ingress, and secrets management at scale.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Security teams to deliver value.
- Improve observability and automated remediation to enhance system reliability.
- Utilize infrastructure-as-code and configuration management for repeatable processes.
- Optimize cluster utilization and autoscaling for cost-effective performance.
- Build internal tooling and templates to streamline developer workflows.
- Participate in on-call rotation and drive post-mortems to reduce MTTR.
- Evolve CI/CD pipelines and environment strategies for safe delivery.
- Leverage agentic tools to push the boundaries of development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering focused on infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a team-focused mindset.
- Proven problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly Kubernetes.
- Understanding of observability concepts like metrics, logs, and actionable alerts.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Some programming experience in a modern programming language.
- Awareness of security fundamentals including IAM and encryption.
