Responsibilities
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues raised by mobile app publishers.
- Support customers through SDK and API integrations end-to-end.
- Collaborate with AppLovin's engineering teams to surface, document, and prioritize technical problems.
- Run analysis on data sets to identify underlying product issues.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and scripts.
- Propose improvements to AppLovin SDKs and APIs based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Expected graduation: December 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and technical communication skills.
- Mobile app development experience in Objective-C/Swift and/or Java/Kotlin.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and programming languages.
