Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, user training, and other phases of IT transformation projects.
- Work with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, build, maintain, and integrate enterprise applications across backend, frontend, and complex systems.
- Implement and integrate CRM/CX platforms.
- Identify improvement opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and advise clients.
- Own specific workstreams, contribute to project ceremonies, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities within existing engagements.
- Create technical and functional documentation and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect business needs to technical solutions.
- Client-focused mindset, business curiosity, and confidence in client-facing situations.
- Excellent English communication skills and strong collaboration abilities in international, cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, commitment to high-quality delivery, proactive ownership, and willingness to take initiative.
- Flexibility to travel when needed.
