Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Develop and configure AI-powered Salesforce Agentforce agents, including topics, instructions, actions, testing, and business-process integrations.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
- Implement Salesforce Flows, approval processes, validation rules, and other automation solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and QA teams.
- Support Salesforce deployments using Salesforce DX, change sets, and CI/CD practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and end-to-end feature ownership.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on enterprise Salesforce development and implementation experience.
- Production experience with Apex, Apex Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience developing modern Salesforce interfaces with Lightning Web Components.
- Experience configuring Salesforce Agentforce, including topics, instructions, actions, and testing.
- Experience integrating Agentforce with Flows, Apex actions, and business processes.
- Experience developing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud solutions.
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations with external enterprise systems.
- Experience with Git-based version control and Salesforce deployment processes.
- BE, BTech, ME, or MTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience mentoring junior developers, supporting technical decisions, owning features end to end, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, AI data grounding, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI, LLM-powered application integration, Omni-Channel, Service Cloud automation, Salesforce DX, DevOps Center, CI/CD pipelines, or Platform Developer II and Agentforce certifications.
