Responsibilities
- Perform complete vehicle integration testing and end-to-end verification of embedded electrical systems.
- Execute SIL and HIL tests for new developments and existing functionality.
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and report on testing activities throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Investigate defects and system issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Improve test methods, tools, and test environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure embedded systems meet quality and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with verification and validation activities in embedded systems or related domains.
- Hands-on experience with software testing, fault analysis, and defect investigation.
- Proficiency in Python for test development, automation, or data analysis.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification or higher.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- A standard driver’s license is required.
- Preferred qualifications include SIL/HIL experience, complete vehicle integration testing knowledge, electrical-systems integration experience, and automotive, transportation, or embedded-systems industry experience.
- A commercial truck driver’s license is considered an advantage.
