Responsibilities
- Develop embedded real-time software from high-level specification analysis through integration and validation on definitive hardware.
- Perform hardware integration and verification using probes, bus analyzers, and emulators.
- Analyze failure reports, respond to technical requests, and provide software support.
- Propose common, reusable, and improved design solutions and technologies.
- Define, monitor, and receive subcontracted activities and deliverables.
- Manage activities according to schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Participate in department performance improvement and assessments of Airbus equipment suppliers.
Requirements
- Embedded software development skills for critical real-time systems.
- Experience with C programming in an embedded context.
- Knowledge of software engineering methods and tools in a standard DevOps environment.
- Understanding of DO178C and DAL A–E software certification constraints.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English and French required.
- Knowledge of the V-cycle development process is an additional asset.
