Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack applications for care coordination workflows.
- Develop responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Implement backend services with Java, Kotlin/SpringBoot; Ruby experience is a plus.
- Integrate AI models and services to deliver intelligent recommendations.
- Leverage AWS infrastructure for data access and storage.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and best practice adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues impacting patient care workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React and modern front-end practices.
- Experience with Java, Kotlin/SpringBoot or similar backend frameworks.
- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Athena, etc.).
- Passion for building AI-driven applications and integrating ML models.
- Knowledge of Agile development and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
