Base Salary
$198k - $277k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead projects and initiatives delivering software products for sourcing, inventory control, manufacturing and quality, test operations, and related domains.
- Write efficient, maintainable software using Java, Python, and TypeScript.
- Design and build web interfaces with React and Angular.
- Create cloud-based automated monitoring and alerting.
- Implement AI workflows and software development lifecycle improvements across the organization.
- Reduce technical debt, improve availability and mean time to recovery, and maintain extensive monitoring and alerting.
- Lead technical design reviews and establish repeatable mechanisms for scaling software delivery.
- Mentor junior software developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Demonstrated experience researching and incorporating modern AI/ML tools.
- Proficiency or expertise with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple priorities.
- Preferred: 3+ years architecting large-scale supply chain software systems.
- Preferred: expertise in cloud architecture and microservices design patterns.
- Preferred: experience leading cross-functional technical teams and scaling engineering teams.
- Preferred: knowledge of MRP, supply chain planning, or manufacturing execution systems.
- Preferred: experience with data engineering and analytics platforms and AI/ML solutions.
- Preferred: understanding of large language models, generative AI, and emerging AI technologies.
