Senior Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities
- Take new products from concept through production while owning technical and product decisions.
- Build end-to-end features spanning interfaces, APIs, services, and data systems.
- Establish shared front-end components, patterns, and a design language for UK products.
- Determine when capabilities should be standalone or part of the core product offering.
- Incorporate lessons from customer programmes into products and the wider roadmap.
- Engineer security into products and build software suitable for demanding customer environments.
- Raise the quality bar for user-facing software and help shape how products are built.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on full-stack experience shipping and supporting production web applications.
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript or another modern front-end framework, particularly for data-heavy workflows.
- Ability to work across TypeScript, Go, and Python and own the full stack.
- Experience collaborating with designers and product managers and delivering requirements into products owned by other teams.
- Strong application security knowledge and experience developing with Docker and containerized environments on Linux.
- Ability to hold UK Security Clearance, with current or previous clearance preferred.
- Willingness to travel for company business between offices and to customer sites.
- Preferred experience includes 7+ years building full-stack applications, front-end architecture leadership, CesiumJS, Three.js, WebGL, cross-team design systems, Kubernetes, autonomy, robotics, simulation, large-scale browser data, or national security projects.
