Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, and support technology solutions for Record-to-Report, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Projects processes.
- Analyze complex finance business problems, create end-to-end process and system flow diagrams, and prototype solution options.
- Provide techno-functional oversight, L3 issue resolution, performance engineering, and system stability for General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Subledger Accounting, and Projects.
- Build AI/ML pipelines, automated workflows, anomaly detection, predictive models, GenAI, LLM, RAG, and agentic AI solutions for financial processing and insights.
- Configure and extend Oracle Cloud ERP modules, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects, and Subledger Accounting.
- Implement Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP API, and FBDI integrations.
- Develop BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, embedded analytics, custom financial reports, and complex data models.
- Build custom extensions using PL/SQL, Java, Groovy, VBCS, and OCI.
- Establish observability, automated retries, idempotency, reconciliation, CI/CD pipelines, batch scheduling, and data refresh automation.
- Enforce SOX controls, auditability, role-based access, and segregation-of-duties requirements in partnership with security teams.
- Lead the end-to-end Record-to-Report delivery lifecycle from discovery through production support.
- Define technical specifications for Treasury and Cash Management interfaces and support financial close-window SLAs.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Fusion Financials, including at least 3 years of hands-on finance software engineering experience in Record-to-Report.
- Experience as a techno-functional software engineer specializing in Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Costing, Subledger Accounting, and General Ledger.
- Experience configuring and setting up Oracle Finance modules and developing BI Publisher reports, custom financial reporting, and complex data models.
- Experience with Java, modern development frameworks, complex SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience building and deploying enterprise AI/ML solutions, LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI workflows.
- Experience engineering robustness and reliability through observability, automated error handling, idempotency, and data reconciliation.
- Experience meeting SOX, auditability, and organizational security requirements.
- Experience managing the full development lifecycle from requirements discovery and solution architecture through deployment and production support.
- Preferred experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, post-go-live Oracle Cloud Applications support, CI/CD pipelines, migration scripting, and automated testing for Oracle Cloud ERP artifacts.
- Preferred understanding of Intercompany, Accounts Payable, Enterprise Performance Management, multiple ledgers, currencies, localizations, reconciliation platforms, tax engines, and financial reporting tools.
- Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence.
