Responsibilities
- Analyze complex finance business problems, document end-to-end process and system flows, and prototype solution options.
- Design, build, configure, and support Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects, and Subledger Accounting.
- Develop AI/ML pipelines, automated workflows, anomaly detection, predictive forecasting, LLM/RAG solutions, and agentic AI workflows for financial processing and insights.
- Implement Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP API, and FBDI integrations for high-throughput financial data flows.
- Build custom extensions using PL/SQL, Java, Groovy, VBCS, and OCI while applying standard Oracle capabilities where appropriate.
- Develop BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, custom financial reporting, data models, and embedded analytics.
- Establish observability, automated retries, idempotency, reconciliation, performance optimization, and system reliability controls.
- Automate operational tasks, batch scheduling, data refreshes, migrations, testing, and releases through CI/CD pipelines.
- Support SOX compliance, audit readiness, role-based access, segregation-of-duties controls, and secure treasury and cash-management interfaces.
- Lead the end-to-end R2R delivery lifecycle from requirements discovery and solution architecture through deployment and production support.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with Fusion Financials and 3+ years of hands-on finance software engineering experience focused on Record-to-Report.
- Experience as a techno-functional software engineer in Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Costing, Subledger Accounting, and General Ledger.
- Experience configuring and setting up core Oracle Finance modules to support business processes.
- Experience developing BI Publisher reports, custom financial reporting, and complex data models.
- Experience with Java and modern development frameworks for finance integrations and applications.
- Experience building and deploying enterprise AI/ML solutions, LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI workflows.
- Experience developing and tuning complex SQL and PL/SQL code.
- Experience engineering observability, error handling, idempotency, reconciliation, reliability, and high-volume processing solutions.
- Experience meeting SOX, auditability, and organizational security requirements.
- Experience managing the full software development lifecycle through production support.
- Preferred: Oracle Integration Cloud experience, post-go-live Oracle Cloud Applications support, and knowledge of Intercompany, Accounts Payable, and EPM processes.
- Preferred: CI/CD pipeline, migration scripting, automated testing, ERP reporting and integration, reconciliation, tax-engine, multi-ledger, multi-currency, and localization experience.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
