Responsibilities
- Build and deploy infrastructure platforms across VMware or Nutanix and Windows or Linux environments.
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Automate manual processes through scripting and pipelines.
- Contribute to infrastructure deployment, upgrades, scaling, and optimization.
- Support and build Kubernetes and container environments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to resolution.
- Create and maintain runbooks, low-level designs, and handoff materials.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on infrastructure or systems engineering experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience building and deploying production infrastructure environments.
- Hands-on experience personally building infrastructure with Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash; VMware and/or Nutanix; and Windows and/or Linux.
- Exposure to Kubernetes or container platforms.
- Ability to demonstrate personally built and deployed infrastructure, automated repetitive work using code or pipelines, worked in code-driven environments, and distinguish personal contributions from team ownership.
- Preferred experience includes supporting Kubernetes environments, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and reusable automation or Infrastructure-as-Code components.
