Base Salary
$193k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and PMs to understand legal workflows and design practical evaluations.
- Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering, model selection, and tool design.
- Collaborate with the model infra team to implement infrastructure for low-latency agent execution.
- Enhance observability and instrumentation to profile agent behavior and identify bottlenecks.
- Stay updated on developments in agentic systems and integrate learnings into product development.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of software engineering experience post-BS/MS.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
- Experience in shipping user-facing products, either backend or full-stack.
- Passion for building effective domain-specific agents.
- Comfortable using evaluations to drive quality and an iterative mindset.
