Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales team with technical demos and security reviews during the pre-sales process.
- Support the Customer Success team with expansions and upsells through technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with customer IT, security, and legal teams to maintain compliance.
- Act as a liaison between customer-facing teams and Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
- Investigate product bugs using data tools and logs.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights.
- Educate coworkers on complex technical issues and integrations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
- Basic SQL skills for running simple queries.
- Familiarity with git and command-line tools.
- Foundational understanding of internet protocols (DNS, HTTP, TLS).
- Exposure to APIs and ability to explain endpoint functionality.
- Ability to write simple scripts in Ruby, Python, or JavaScript.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements.
