Responsibilities

  • Own the solutioning layer of the sales process from discovery to Proof-of-Concept delivery.
  • Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their investment workflows.
  • Design solutions that map Arcesium's platform capabilities to client problems.
  • Deliver high-quality Proof of Concepts that demonstrate specific value.
  • Produce compelling written proposals and materials for technical and business audiences.
  • Present Arcesium's platform in sales conversations and demos.
  • Guide prospects through the technical evaluation process.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure deliverable solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable artefacts and solutioning playbooks.

Requirements

  • Experience in client-facing technical roles such as pre-sales or solutions consulting.
  • Strong front-office domain knowledge across investment management workflows.
  • Broad asset class coverage, especially in fixed income and OTC derivatives.
  • Technology fluency in integration architecture, API design, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Commercial acumen to manage technical evaluations and position platform trade-offs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
  • Valid permit to work in Sweden.
