Responsibilities
- Own the solutioning layer of the sales process from discovery to Proof-of-Concept delivery.
- Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their investment workflows.
- Design solutions that map Arcesium's platform capabilities to client problems.
- Deliver high-quality Proof of Concepts that demonstrate specific value.
- Produce compelling written proposals and materials for technical and business audiences.
- Present Arcesium's platform in sales conversations and demos.
- Guide prospects through the technical evaluation process.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure deliverable solutions.
- Contribute to the development of reusable artefacts and solutioning playbooks.
Requirements
- Experience in client-facing technical roles such as pre-sales or solutions consulting.
- Strong front-office domain knowledge across investment management workflows.
- Broad asset class coverage, especially in fixed income and OTC derivatives.
- Technology fluency in integration architecture, API design, and cloud infrastructure.
- Commercial acumen to manage technical evaluations and position platform trade-offs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
- Valid permit to work in Sweden.
