Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own Security Labs projects end to end, including scoping, prototyping, testing against real workloads, handoff, or documented exit.
- Build novel security infrastructure involving isolated clusters, attestation chains, hypervisors, runtimes, and verification tooling.
- Work with research and infrastructure teams to test proposed systems and document limitations.
- Convert experimental findings into technical writeups and costed contingency plans.
- Help select future security bets and influence broader security practices.
Requirements
- Care deeply about the security implications of advanced AI.
- Have deep expertise in at least one area such as firmware or hardware security, applied cryptography, OS/kernel/hypervisor internals, formal methods, reverse engineering, exploit development, or high-assurance systems.
- Have independently built and shipped systems, maintained a relied-upon open-source project, founded a company or research group, or produced influential research.
- Have demonstrated ownership of self-selected problems, cross-domain work, and difficult prototypes or experiments.
- Write clearly and adapt decisions based on evidence while prioritizing defensive security.
- Be a strong programmer with Python plus at least one of Rust, Go, or C/C++, and be able to build real infrastructure.
- Preferred: experience with airgapped or high-side environments, offensive security or vulnerability research, ML infrastructure, accelerator hardware, or rapid-iteration environments.
