Base Salary
$116k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain security tools, controls, and best practices across SaaS infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Coordinate security patching and remediate vulnerabilities, CVEs, and security risks across applications and infrastructure.
- Implement and automate security testing, infrastructure scanning, reporting, and compliance validation.
- Manage certificate issuance, renewal, and lifecycle automation.
- Support disaster recovery planning, testing, validation, and business continuity.
- Monitor external attack surfaces and identify exposed applications and services.
- Build automation that eliminates manual processes and improves operational efficiency.
- Administer and enhance CI/CD pipelines for secure and reliable software delivery.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and IT teams on security, compliance, and operational resilience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or a related field.
- Experience implementing and managing infrastructure and application security controls.
- Experience with vulnerability management, penetration testing tools, and security scanning technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, GitHub, Microsoft Defender, Git, and Azure DevOps environments.
- Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and secure software delivery practices.
- Ability to automate operational and security processes using tools and scripting techniques.
- Preferred experience with ISO, SOC, SOX, or similar compliance frameworks; infrastructure-as-code and configuration management; cloud security architectures; Cloudflare; regulated industries; Windows Server, IIS, database administration, network security, and disaster recovery.
- Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty, or similar credentials are preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
