Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and optimize custom full-stack software solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical and team decisions.
- Manage team performance and provide solutions for the immediate team and cross-team initiatives.
- Lead process improvements that enhance software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development, including frontend technologies, Java backend development, database management, and integration.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, Java-related frameworks, and application performance optimization.
- Understanding of software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education.
