Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI assistants, advanced conversational systems, RAG architectures, and multi-agent workflows.
- Integrate and orchestrate proprietary and open-source language models, including reasoning, document retrieval, and action execution capabilities.
- Develop industrialized AI APIs and reusable components for AI products.
- Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices and contribute to client AI platforms.
- Ensure the quality, performance, reliability, security, traceability, and compliance of deployed AI solutions.
- Design and maintain machine learning models when required, conduct experiments, and optimize model performance.
- Define AI system performance indicators and implement monitoring, observability, and response-quality evaluation mechanisms.
- Collaborate with business teams and contribute to impactful client AI projects.
Requirements
- Bac+5 graduate of an engineering school, university, or equivalent.
- Initial successful experience with generative AI, RAG, or industrial machine learning projects.
- Significant experience in software development, data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong command of Python and software development best practices.
- Experience with generative AI or machine learning projects.
- Knowledge of an LLM orchestration framework such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Understanding of industrializing and deploying AI solutions in production.
- Knowledge of cloud environments, ideally Azure.
- Knowledge of multi-agent systems and MLOps or LLMOps practices is appreciated.
- Curiosity, technological interest, and appetite for innovation.
