Base Salary
$324k - $396k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build collaborative relationships with engineering and product management leaders.
- Define the vision and strategy for AI initiatives.
- Plan and deliver projects impacting multiple organizations.
- Work on large language model training and fine-tuning.
- Identify opportunities for technological differentiation.
- Introduce innovative techniques to advance AI capabilities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to senior technical leaders.
- Perform cutting-edge research in AI and deep learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field with 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
- 3 years of experience developing and applying AI models, including large language models.
- Proficiency in Python and other relevant languages like C++ or Java.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Ability to assess system performance and design scalable solutions.
- Experience optimizing computational efficiency and memory usage.
- Skills in building and maintaining high-availability AI/ML infrastructure.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on technical vision.
