Responsibilities
- Deploy, update, and maintain AI and developer tools on on-premise container orchestration platforms.
- Build and maintain air-gapped RAG infrastructure, including local data pipelines, text chunking, and vector indexing.
- Set up local model-serving tools and develop routing that can switch between local models.
- Support multi-agent frameworks, local memory systems, and tool-calling interfaces.
- Implement local monitoring and tracing dashboards for token usage, latency, and infrastructure costs.
- Implement AI safety guardrails to mitigate prompt injection and enforce data compartmentalization and authorization levels.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Linux, containerization, and container orchestration in an on-premise data center.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience building and integrating local APIs.
- Conceptual knowledge of vector indexing, embeddings, and large language models.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is preferred.
- Ability to pass the mandatory national security screening (Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar).
