Responsibilities

Lead the design and technical validation of agentic workflows that automate complex, multi-step business processes.
Own end-to-end solution architecture and delivery on Azure, AWS, and Snowflake cloud platforms.
Build and deploy containerized agentic applications using Pydantic AI, LangGraph, and related frameworks.
Implement production-grade monitoring, evaluation, and observability.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise data warehouses, APIs, and third-party platforms.
Lead process discovery and optimization workshops with senior client stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into agentic process designs with measurable ROI, KPIs, cost savings, and operational improvements.
Own senior stakeholder relationships across client engagements and identify additional opportunities where adesso can help.
Coach junior colleagues and share knowledge through internal and external publications, events, and client presentations.

Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or software development, ideally in complex enterprise environments.
Practical deployment experience with Azure, AWS, or Snowflake, including networking, security, storage, monitoring, and scaling.
Strong Python skills or experience with a similar language.
Practical experience with LLM frameworks such as Pydantic AI or LangGraph.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, agent design patterns, evaluation, and observability.
Experience with MLOps, vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector, containerization, and production delivery practices.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Ability to map and optimize business processes and translate business problems into technical solutions.
Solid project management and client relationship skills.
Ability and willingness to coach junior colleagues and work with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Fluency in English, French, and Dutch.
A PhD in a relevant field is preferred.
