Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and launch growth features and experiments across the Pika platform.
- Implement scalable A/B tests and personalization strategies to optimize user acquisition and retention.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and measure the effectiveness of growth strategies.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to prioritize and execute high-impact growth initiatives.
- Prototype and ship product surfaces, onboarding flows, and engagement loops.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and user experience for growth-focused features.
- Contribute to virality, referral, and sharing capabilities.
- Promote a data-driven, experimentation-focused engineering culture.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, ideally on product or growth teams.
- Demonstrated experience building and optimizing user-facing features, preferably for consumer or SaaS products.
- Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into scalable solutions.
- Proficiency with modern web or backend technologies such as Python, Go, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with growth tools and analytics platforms including Amplitude, Segment, and Google Analytics.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with generative AI, creative tools, social platforms, high-growth startups, rapid experimentation, open source, hackathons, or growth hacking is preferred.
