Responsibilities
- Embed security requirements across AI experiences, agents, agent harnesses, models, and context sources such as MCP.
- Set AI-specific cybersecurity requirements and hold engineering roadmaps to the technical security standard before launch.
- Serve as the security authority for architecture and control decisions and resolve delivery trade-offs.
- Build paved-road patterns and repeatable security review frameworks for AI experiences and agents.
- Enable Customer Trust, Product, and Go-to-Market teams to communicate and sell secure AI solutions.
- Represent Thomson Reuters’ AI security posture to customer executives and security leaders.
- Help build trust artifacts, sales enablement materials, and security processes that meet customer requirements.
- Support customers in solutioning, adopting, and implementing AI according to their risk strategies.
- Coordinate with AI security engineering, architecture, and AI red-team teams on security reviews and adversarial testing.
- Set requirements for provenance, risk assessment, and contractual security terms for third-party models and AI services.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity or product security, including senior leadership in complex SaaS-based technology organizations.
- Proven experience designing, developing, or securing AI solutions.
- Business solution architecture experience translating product technical designs and security risks into engineering requirements.
- Strong understanding of risk management for AI models and capabilities.
- Ability to apply frameworks such as MITRE Atlas, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and NIST AI RMF.
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical buyers, procurement, and business leaders.
- Ability to operate amid ambiguity and build structure where none exists.
- Track record of driving decisions through influence across senior technical and product organizations.
