Responsibilities

Build infrastructure for ML and AI users to configure training and serving environments.
Collaborate with AI infrastructure teams to enhance platform features.
Improve performance for setting up virtual environments for training and data processing.
Enhance observability to assist customers in debugging failed runs.
Engage with customers and product managers to identify new features and improvements.
Shape developer and data scientist interactions with AI on Databricks.

5+ years of experience in backend or infrastructure engineering.
Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java.
Experience with distributed systems, scalable APIs, or cloud-native infrastructure.
Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and deployment pipelines.
Strong product and ownership mindset focused on building effective solutions.
Understanding of dependency management technologies, including containerization.
