Base Salary
$122k - $129k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing solutions within an agile team.
- Develop test automation within a test framework.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD processes using Jenkins and GitLab.
- Collaborate with developers to capture new and modified code.
- Translate concepts, specifications, and requirements into designs and code.
- Conduct testing and debugging and create test procedures from requirements.
- Define work scope, schedules, and expectations while executing assignments with limited guidance.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related science or mathematics field plus at least five years of relevant work experience, or a master's degree plus at least three years of relevant experience.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for access to classified information are required.
- Strong knowledge of a scripting language, preferably Python.
- Proficiency with software tools supporting IDEs, version control, defect reporting, and scripting.
- Experience with testing and debugging.
- Understanding of software development best practices and strong coding skills.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, attention-to-detail, multitasking, and creative-thinking abilities.
