Base Salary
$180k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and scale the core infrastructure for the Assured platform.
- Automate infrastructure management using Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Advance AWS foundations with a focus on performance and sustainability.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve system reliability.
- Implement security best practices to protect data and systems.
- Build tools that streamline developer workflows and accelerate product delivery.
- Lead and mentor team members in architectural decisions and technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience building end-to-end infrastructure and scaling systems.
- Strong automation skills with a focus on reducing toil.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities for infrastructure challenges.
- Ability to share knowledge through documentation and mentorship.
- Experience with highly available databases, especially Aurora PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on expertise in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Commitment to building reliable and sustainable systems.
