$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development of complex product features and frontend systems using Angular and React.
- Architect scalable, reusable frontend patterns and application structures.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, UI architecture issues, and scalability risks.
- Drive engineering practices for testing, observability, code quality, and maintainability.
- Own delivery of large initiatives while balancing immediate product needs with long-term technical health.
- Make technical decisions across teams and improve frontend collaboration and engineering velocity.
- Partner with backend, integrations, product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Mentor engineers and elevate frontend craftsmanship across the organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of frontend engineering experience with deep expertise in Angular and React.
- Strong command of TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, and modern frontend architecture patterns.
- Experience building reusable component systems and scalable frontend applications.
- Deep knowledge of performance optimization, debugging, and large-scale web applications.
- Demonstrated success leading major technical initiatives and influencing across teams.
- Strong product sense, cross-functional collaboration, communication, and execution skills.
- Strong mentorship skills and a track record of developing other engineers.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using Jest, Vilest, Playwright, or related frameworks, including developing testing strategies.
