Base Salary

$107k - $161k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, and model development.
  • Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet business or user needs.
  • Monitor development through analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support.
  • Analyze complex application-development issues and evaluate business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
  • Develop post-implementation security measures and support successful system design and functionality.
  • Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; recommend programming solutions and assist with customer-facing systems.
  • Define operating standards and processes and ensure required procedures are followed.
  • Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
  • Assess technology and business risks while supporting compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
  • Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Working knowledge of consulting and project-management techniques and methods.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
  • Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision and exercise sound judgment.

  • Annual salary range of $107,120.00–$160,680.00, excluding potential incentive and retention awards.
