Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own critical components of AI systems for safety data.
- Implement robust pipelines for curating high-quality multimodal datasets.
- Advance AI systems infrastructure with frameworks for data quality and synthetic data generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data and AI solutions.
- Shape the company’s data culture and best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies to enhance user and platform safety.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- A graduate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning VLMs, LLMs, or large multimodal models is a plus.
