Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists on the team.

Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on data science experience.
- Good understanding of applied machine learning techniques.
- Great understanding of the lifecycle of ML-enabled products.
- Experience developing and deploying machine learning models using tools like Athena, Sagemaker, Snowflake, and Airflow DAG.
- Strong ability to coach team members and help them grow.
