Base Salary
$160k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of complex applications and software architectures.
- Analyze end-user processes and translate business requirements into scalable, supportable technical solutions.
- Define application architecture specifications, compatibility parameters, security requirements, and operational support needs.
- Integrate application software with databases and delivery subsystems.
- Write, compile, and review complex code while enforcing coding, documentation, and quality standards.
- Provide escalation support, root-cause analysis, and corrective or preventive actions for application and architecture issues.
- Coordinate application development and maintenance teams, mentor engineers, and drive execution across priorities.
- Develop training materials and user enablement resources and deliver improvements to system architecture and support processes.
- Implement API and file-based integrations across enterprise systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with architectural frameworks covering enterprise, business, or IT architecture.
- At least 5 years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience.
- Experience supporting Windows services that use Perl script backends.
- Experience with cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, relationship building, and written and verbal communication.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, with an interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance required after starting.
- U.S. citizenship is required for the security clearance; the role also requires compliance with U.S. export control requirements as a U.S. Person.
- Preferred qualifications include Oracle administration and system refresh experience, application and database troubleshooting, batch-process utility support, exposure to manufacturing quality, workforce management, or time-and-attendance systems, and strong technical and operational documentation skills.
