Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the architecture of selected Internal Developer Platform and DevSecOps capabilities.
- Define clear ownership, decision paths, interfaces, and shared architectural direction across the developer platform.
- Translate delivery-team needs and constraints into platform improvements focused on developer experience, usability, reuse, and adoption.
- Work with operations teams to maintain and optimize scalable on-premises infrastructure.
- Create and maintain platform roadmaps while balancing delivery needs, sustainability, operability, and compliance.
- Contribute hands-on to prototyping, design de-risking, and stabilization of platform solutions.
- Collaborate with platform engineers, delivery teams, IT, operations, and other architects across organizational boundaries.
Requirements
- Relevant technical education in software engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Solid experience in software and platform architecture.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns such as declarative infrastructure, immutable deployments, self-service abstractions, and automation-first design.
- Hands-on experience designing, evolving, and operating on-premises developer platforms or DevSecOps environments.
- Experience applying product thinking to internal platforms with a focus on developer experience and adoption.
- Demonstrated experience owning or driving technical roadmaps and maturing platforms and ways of working.
- Ability to communicate architectural trade-offs under technical, organizational, and regulatory constraints.
- Practical experience with Jenkins, GitLab, Gerrit, Nexus, SonarQube, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English; Danish is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to obtain security clearance from the Danish Defense Intelligence Service, including meeting the stated residency and criminal-record conditions.
